NEBVOICES connects local public authorities from Croatia, Slovenia, Italy, and Portugal with each other and with civil society through a shared programme of public events, dialogue, and collaboration inspired by the values of the New European Bauhaus.
The project strengthens democratic participation by creating spaces where citizens, organisations, and local communities can actively exchange ideas, share experiences, and contribute to local development processes.
At the same time, project partners learn from one another and explore new ways of communicating and engaging with civil society through sustainable, inclusive, and beautiful approaches.

Through NEBVOICES, EMEDEA brings together civic engagement, sustainability, and creative participation, helping local communities transform European values into meaningful local experiences.

With a strong focus on sustainability, culture, and local participation, Vodice opens the NEBVOICES journey by connecting citizens, organisations, and local institutions through dialogue, shared experiences, and community-based learning inspired by New European Bauhaus values.
PP2. Municipality of Gradara, Italy
Known for its cultural heritage and innovative civic initiatives, Gradara contributes to NEBVOICES by exploring how creativity, public spaces, and citizen co-creation can strengthen inclusion and democratic participation within local communities.
PP3. Municipality of Mangualde, Portugal
Through its strong tradition of social inclusion and participatory education, Ormož supports the empowerment of citizens and vulnerable groups, encouraging communities to actively shape local initiatives and strengthen democratic participation from the ground up.
PP4. Municipality of Ormož, Slovenia
Mangualde brings experience in sustainable local development and community participation, helping NEBVOICES create long-term tools and connections that encourage collaboration, reflection, and citizen-driven democratic engagement across Europe.
